How to make the payment ?

Simply fill in the required details to get payment options. If you have a card from any of the Indian banks you can make the payment using the Citrus payment option else if you are a paypal lover, then that's the one to choose :).
In case you have any difficulty in transferring the money through these options, you can email us at bookings@ithaka.travel.
 

How much do you charge ?

Booking with us will only cost you a few Hugs and kisses :)
We don't charge any money over the cost of the activity.

 

 

Post-cancellation, How long it will take to credit my card(refund) ?

It usually takes 7-10 working days to refund your money depending on the bank.

 

What are the advantages of using IthakaStore ?

Ithaka store brings you all the information regarding each activity at no extra cost while eliminating any factor of doubt or waiting time. Also, you can get your booking done with at the click of a button.
All the activities listed on Ithaka store are personally verified by us and our travelers and everyone who has been on them has had a great time.

 

What about privacy(Is my credit/debit card info secure) / I still don't feel comfortable transmitting my credit card information on the Internet. Are there alternatives for providing my credit card data to Ithaka?

It's only Human (A smart One) to feel that way, However, be rest assured that here at Ithaka Store we care about your privacy as much as we care about traveling so trust us, your card info is completely secured.

 

I do not want to pay online. What are the other options available ?

How will my tickets be delivered(How do I get to know about the confirmation of my booking) ?

You will get your booking confirmation via email.

 

What all is included/excluded from the activities?

What documents do I need to carry for my activity ? Do I have to carry the credit card that was used for making the payment ?

A simple ID proof would be sufficient. You don't need to carry the credit card unless specifically mentioned in activity T&C.
 

How can I change the date of my activity ?

What If my activity gets canceled ?

If I miss my activity, can I cancel it ?

No,you can only cancel an activity only at least 24 Hrs before the activity starts.
